Have you ever reflected on what makes a story meaningful?
Why some stories – our own – shape who we are? And how the choices we make can not only change the story we tell about ourselves but also how we choose to continue it?Ask yourself: What would happen if you took control of your own story – and shaped it into something that truly matters to you?
My name is Martin Krajewski, but many people call me Krajan. In my day-to-day work, I primarily work as a storyteller and director – and have done so for a long time. Alongside that, coaching has gradually taken shape. Not as a side track, but as a natural continuation of how my perspective on communication, leadership and human processes has evolved over the years.
Through training in sustainable, coach-based leadership, a certification as a CIT coach – and many years of working closely with people in transition – the conversation itself has become an increasingly important tool and a natural space in my work.
A space for reflection, direction and movement. For understanding, taking responsibility, and working with change that holds over time.
And perhaps it’s not so strange that I often draw parallels between the two crafts – coaching and directing.
As a director, my job is to hold the vision – to see the bigger picture, understand every scene, and how it moves the story forward. To create meaning, direction, and momentum.
